Bill Boyce
Bill Boyce is the host of World Record Fishing Challenge. He has been active in the angling, conservation, and journalistic aspect of sport fishing his entire life. Now an internationally recognized photo/journalist, Bill's articles and images are seen monthly in publications such as Marlin magazine, Sport Fishing, Salt Water Sportsman, Big Game Journal, Pacific Coast Sportfishing, and Australia's Blue Water magazine.
Bill is an active representative for the International Game Fish Association in California, and has served as Host of both the “World Class Sport Fishing” series on the Outdoor Channel, as well as the “Angler’s Digest” series on Fox SportsNet.
His deep expertise, commanding on-camera presence, and “Let’s have fun” approach to the sport make him an ideal Host for WRFC.
Jim Thielemann
Take a peek behind the scenes of World Record Fishing Challenge, and you’ll quickly discover that the multi-talented Jim Thielemann leads our team as Executive Producer. Considered to be one of today's most accomplished outdoor producers in broadcast television, Jim has over 32 years experience producing, directing, shooting, and editing.
He was Producer and Director of Productions for Mark Sosin’s Saltwater Journal for 14 years, which aired on ESPN, TNN, Spike TV, as well as The Outdoor Channel. Producer and Director of Photography for Adventure Quest, aired nationally on Sports Channel America and internationally on Sky Australia for two complete seasons.
Jim has taken his crew and expertise into locations as diverse as the Kingdom of Tonga, the Costa Rican Rainforest, and the Canadian Rockies. Now he’s taking the helm in search of an even bigger catch – World Record Fishing Challenge.

Scott has spent his career turning adventure sport into riveting television. As Executive Producer of the Adventure Quest series, and later founder of Global Entertainment Television, an international cable program distributor, his focus is always laser sharp – Get Out There.
